Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, changes or cancellations can usually be requested up to 7 days before departure via our customer service. Keep in mind that extra fees may apply.

Favotrip charges €14.95 in change fees, on top of any fees from suppliers. Our customer service will clearly inform you of the total cost before the change or cancellation is processed.

Cancellation policy:

  • Package trips without flight/train/activity can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before departure. You'll be refunded the booking amount minus the €19.95 booking fee.
  • Some offers are non-refundable. In that case cancellations or changes are usually not possible. Contact our customer service for the exact terms.
  • Bookings with a voucher cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific arrangement has been made with the accommodation or transport partner.
  • Can I cancel my voucher order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt by contacting our customer service.

    Bookings

    I'd like to go away for several days but can only book a different number of days. What now?

    Each offer has a fixed stay duration. For city trips or weekends you can often choose from multiple options. For tours the duration is fixed per destination and cannot be changed.

    Can I choose a different room type or board?

    For some deals you can choose a different room type or board (e.g. including breakfast). The prices shown are based on the cheapest combination. Below the calendar you can pick a different option.

    Is my reservation final once I book?

    Yes, your reservation is confirmed as soon as payment is completed. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

    Which payment methods are accepted?

    We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and PayPal.

    Are prices per person?

    Yes — unless stated otherwise all prices are per person based on 2 people per room.

    Vouchers

    How does a gift voucher work?

    Buy a voucher, receive the code by email, and redeem it at favotrip.nl/redeem when booking a trip.

    Can I give a voucher as a gift?

    Yes! Our vouchers make the perfect present. You can enter the recipient's name at checkout.

    How long is my voucher valid?

    Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase by default. The exact validity date is shown on your voucher.
