Booked the Amsterdam package with Heineken Experience, ticket was ready, walked through the tour at my own pace. Then a canal cruise from the Prinsengracht. WiFi cut out in the room. Went well, I'll do this more often.

Went on a Tuesday, tour pleasantly quiet. Amsterdam package with Heineken Experience, ticket was waiting at reception. Then a walk past the Rijksmuseum. The blind didn't fully close. Recommended for a sorted city break outside peak times.

Four of us booked the Amsterdam package with Heineken Experience, tickets were ready, did the tour together, then the tasting. Vondelpark afterwards was a nice wind-down. Then Anne Frank House. Thin wall between rooms. Back again next year.

Took the kids (7 and 10) to Amsterdam, with the Heineken Experience included in the package. They did the treasure hunt downstairs while we took the tour, ticket was ready, nothing to arrange. Then a canal cruise from the Prinsengracht. Family room was fine. In-room coffee was instant. We'll definitely be back.
